What format is the book?

You'll receive a professionally designed book that you can print at home, at a local print shop, or through any online printing service like Costco, Walgreens, or FedEx Office.

Can I choose what goes in the book?

Absolutely. You select which sections to include — photos, memories, the life story, service details, family — and arrange them in any order. You see a live preview before downloading.

Can I print multiple copies?

Yes! Once you download, you can print as many copies as you'd like. Many families print copies for siblings, grandchildren, and close friends.

What sizes are available?

You can choose between Letter size (8.5" × 11") for easy home printing, or Photo Book size (8" × 10") for a classic book feel.

Is this included in my plan?

The keepsake book is included with the Eternal plan ($94.99 one-time). If you're on a different plan, you can upgrade at any time — you only pay the difference.

Will you offer printed books shipped to me?

We're working on it! A printed and shipped hardcover option is coming soon. For now, the downloadable book gives you full control over printing.
